Just get me there on time

I'm in the medical transportation Van finally and he picked me up at 10:51 when I'm pretty sure that my pool therapy appointment at the courage center in golden valley is at 11:00. I called the transportation office and told them how I wasn't made of money because they were going to make me late for my appointment and I still had to pay for the session if I missed or was late and I was paying outta pocket for this therapy. The damn idiots didn't seem to care about my bitching. I told them that I was probably going to switch companies because of them making me late.. There really isn't a good transportation company out there though.
